THINGS TO NOTE WHEN PREPARING GARRY-ON BAGGAGE

Please note that the following prohibited and restricted items in your carry-on and checked baggage, will be confiscated and disposed at the security checkpoint.

ITEMS PROHIBITED IN CARRY-ON BAGGAGE:

  1. Tool specially designed for immobilization
    1. 1 Electric shocks such as stun guns and batons
    2. 2 Tools used for painless animal slaughtering
    3. 3 Tear gas, asphyxiant, acid spray, liquid, compressed gas, sprays, animal repellent sprays
    4. 4 Tear gas canister
  2. Sharp/edged and pointed objects that can cause serious injury
    1. 1 Axe, chopper, meat splitter, small axe
    2. 2 Ice axe and ice crusher
    3. 3 Razor, jack knife, paper cutter, box cutter
    4. 4 Knife longer than 6cm
    5. 5 Sharp/edged and pointed martial arts equipment, tools

  3. Equipment and tools that can cause serious damage to the security of an aircraft
    1. 1 Crowbar
    2. 2 All types of electric and cordless drill, drill bit
    3. 3 Screwdriver, wood chisel that can be used as a weapon longer than 6cm from the handle
    4. 4 All types of electric and cordless saw
    5. 5 Welding hammer
    6. 6 Angle wrench, screwdriver, crowbar, pincers, adjustable wrench
    7. 7 screw and nail guns
  4. blunt instruments
    1. 1 baseball and softball bat
    2. 2 billiard cue
    3. 3 cricket bat
    4. 4 hockey stick
    5. 5 a trumpet of the same size as the above type of bats
    6. 6 fishing rod
    7. 7 boat oar
    8. 8 skateboard
    9. 9 Truncheon, knobstick
    10. 10 Self-defence art tools
  5. Explosive and flammable substances that can cause severe harm to aircraft security
    1. 1 cartridge with gun powder, gas cartridge
    2. 2 explosives and cartridge igniter
    3. 3 detonator/incendiary electric detonator and fire wire
    4. 4 replica or imitation explosive material, tool
    5. 5 All types of grenades and mines for mining and military purposes
    6. 6 pyrotechnic items such as signal and illuminating rockets, signal bullets, smoke bombs, detonating pellets, and sparklers
    7. 7 smoke canister and cartridge
    8. 8 dynamite, gunpowder and plastic expolsive substances
    9. 9 flammabe liquid: gasoline, diesel, lighter fluid, acetone, methanol, ethyl cellulose, ether, paint thinner, oleoresin, spray paint
  6. All liquids subject to the restrictions of the regulations on security restrictions on liquids carried in passenger carry-on baggage and hold baggage on aircraft are subject to restrictions.

LIQUIDS AND LITHIUM BATTERY ALLOWED IN CARRY-ON BAGGAGE 

  • Total of 1 liter of liquids packed in separate containers not exceeding 100 milliliters.
  • Baby food and formula if travelling with baby.
  • Medications with doctors' prescription.
  • Lithium batteries, power banks, and mobile phone charging cases below 27000mAh.
