FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR IMPORT PROCEDURE.

  1. Airway Bill
  2. Trade contract/agreement
  3. Invoice
  4. Packing list
  5. State registration certificate
  6. Citizen’s tax book
  7. Document of implemented tax immunity by Customs authority.
  8. Other documents required by special procedures

If necessary:

  • Special permission from authorized organizations.
  • Certificate of Standardization
  • Trade contract or financial transmission documents
  • Original copy of Insurance document.
  • Previous customs declaration and clearance document
