Transfer passenger

• Follow the direction signs "Transfers" to the transfer check-in counter:
• Go through security screening, then proceed to the departure hall through escalator or elevator
• To obtain relevant information from the information service in the departure hall, if necessary
• Please check your boarding gate number and flight departure time, and arrive at your boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure and board the aircraft
• Please get information related to your flight from announcements and flight information screens

Transit passenger

• Follow the direction signs "Transfers" to the transfer check-in counter:
• If you have an onward boarding pass, go through security screening, then proceed to the departure hall
• If you don’t have an onward boarding pass, please process a transit check-in and seat assurance at the Transfer check-in counter and after getting the boarding pass please go through security screening to reach the departure hall through escalator or elevator
• To obtain relevant information from the information service in the departure hall, if necessary
• Please check your boarding gate number and flight departure time, and arrive at your boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure and board the aircraft
• Please get information related to your flight from announcements and flight information screens
