Customers with Hearing or Speech Disabilities

SERVICE

At the information points on the 1st and 2nd floors, the airport information service staff provide information to Customers with Hearing or Speech Disabilities using illustrated communication cards for deaf customers and interactive white boards.

If necessary, we will connect customer with an online sign language instructor and provide you with information.

When you need to pre-order to receive Guidance and Assistance service, access the website:

  1. From the Services menu of the airport website
  2. Guidance and Assistance service
  3. Fill out the “Assistance service booking form”.

 

PRIORITY SEATING

Priority seatings are reserved for use by people with disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women, and others in need.

  • In the International Flight Arrival Hall, 1st Floor
  • In the Int. Flight Baggage Claim Hall, 1st Floor
  • In the Int/Dom Flight Greeting hall, 1st Floor
