If you are an elderly, PWD, or PRM who would like to use a wheelchair, please fill out the registration form at our information points located on the 1st and 2nd floors and use the parking and terminal halls/facilities.

Inside the airport, the entrances and exits to the shops, restaurants, elevators, toilets, and other service areas are not raised, so they have easy access, and there is a ramp on the curbside area of the airport, so you can use the airport with no worries.

When you need to pre-order to receive Guidance and Assistance service, access the website:

  1. From the Services menu of the airport website
  2. Guidance and Assistance service
  3. Fill out the “Assistance service booking form”.

 

 

MULTI-PURPOSE RESTROOM

Spacious restrooms are available for passengers with disability, young children, pregnant women and those who need care.

Features:

  • Open and close buttons from outside and inside stalls
  • Automatic sliding doors
  • Warning signals for door closing and opening
  • Secure handle, attached to the wall, and bidet toilet seat
  • Call button to be used in an emergency case
  • Private room for the sick and those who need care
  • Can be used with caretakers
  • Safety seat for children aged 0-2 years
  • Unimpeded entrance and exit

PRIORITY SEATING

Priority seatings are reserved for use by people with disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women, and others in need.

Each elevator has a warning signal of the floor location, and emergency call buttons, labeled in Braille. There are Braille markings on the front of the escalators and elevators. Handrails of escalators have Braille markings to remind you of the start and end.
