SERVICE DIRECTED TO PASSENGERS WITH STRETCHERS
Passengers with stretchers who need to travel in a horizontal position during the flight due to health reasons can receive services in the following order.
1. When booking a flight ticket, the passenger must provide the information about the passenger who will be on a stretcher during the flight due to health reasons to the ticket agent and make a reservation in advance.
2. Order an ambulance with a follow-up doctor with your local health authority, agree on a date of arrival at the airport, and provide this information to the air carrier.
3. If necessary, contact the Airport Operation Control Center at 7128-7300 to confirm the information.
