STATEMENT

Chinggis Khaan International Airport has been operating continuously and normally since July 04, 2021, providing services to over 20 domestic and foreign airline companies in accordance with international standards, relevant laws of Mongolia, and mutually agreed contracts.

We have always prioritized safety, service quality, and efficiency while providing comfortable and reliable services to airline companies and passengers. It is important to note that airport services are fee-based, relying on international practices and business principles.

Foreign airline companies continue to pay these fees in full and on time as per their contracts, maintaining effective cooperation. However, some domestic airline companies have repeatedly failed to fulfill their contractual obligations and have not settled service fees for extended periods, resulting in significant outstanding debts. We have repeatedly sent official notifications and warnings, and proposed possible payment plans and schedules in accordance with the contracts, but the issue remains unresolved.

As a result:

• Our company's operations and financial capacity are at risk;

• A situation has arisen that may negatively impact payments and taxes due to Mongolia under the concession agreement;

• A real risk of negative impact on economic and transport cooperation between the two countries has emerged.

• There is a risk of reduced safety and quality of services provided to passengers.

Therefore, "New Ulaanbaatar International Airport" LLC, the operator of Chinggis Khaan International Airport, officially announces that it will not provide airport services for domestic charter flights of domestic airline companies with outstanding debts, starting from August 05, 2025, in accordance with the contractual regulations and relevant laws.

This decision applies only to airline companies with outstanding debts, and international and domestic scheduled flights will continue as normal. Going forward, we will work to create an environment based on fair business principles, openness, mutual understanding, and cooperation.
